Laetes boardgame
It's like "chess 2.0"
"Laetes" (pronounced like "lattice") also called "Jaekspar" is a simple but exciting boardgame for two players which can be played with a standard chess set.
One day a scientist succeeded in building a device, called the "Jaekspar Device", with which a space distortion (a portal) to a distant place in the universe can be opened ...
...and so "laetes building" (space station building at a distant location) started for Earthlings...
